Weekend Madrasah Admission

Register

General Requirements for admission:

• Singaporean / Permanent Resident
• Aged at least 13 years old during enrolment year

Required Documents:

• One colored passport-sized photograph
• Child’s Birth Certificate and/or Certificate of Citizenship
• Singapore NRIC of both parents and/or guardians
• Marriage, divorce, custody, death, adoption certificates/papers etc
• Medical reports stating health issues (if any)

Submission:

A non refundable registration fee of $20 along with all supporting documents mentioned above are to be submitted to:
