  • PSLE Achievement Level (AL) 23 or below, or equivalent (SPERS or PACT exam accepted)

  • Pass our Entrance Test (Tahfiz, Arabic and Solat Practical)

Application Process

General guide for enrolling into SURM

  1. Registration is only for Secondary 1. It will be conducted online and will be open from the first week of October to one week after PSLE results.

  2. A registration fee of $30 is applicable.

  3. For successful applicants, an Entrance Test will be conducted on a Saturday (last week of November or first week of December).

  4. Those accepted into SURM will be informed within 3 days after the Entrance Test (by email and letter).

  5. - Applicants will only be officially enrolled when they have replied to the email sent and acknowledged the acceptance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Yes, if he has taken SPERS, PACT exams or equivalent.

  • No. We only accept Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.

  • You may email us at info@surm.edu.sg. Alternatively, you may fill up the Registration Form. Your registration status will be pending until we receive your child’s PSLE results.

  • Sekolah Ugama Radin Mas opens its registration only for Secondary 1. Applicants must be 12 or 13 years old at the time of registration.

  • No, registration is only available online via the school’s website.

  • The monthly fee is $180.00. Payments are to be made through PayNow or Bank Transfer.

  • While we do not offer financial assistance to students, occasionally we get sponsors for school fees and channel it to selected students according to their financial circumstances. Additionally, students may apply bursaries through LBKM.

  • Sekolah Ugama Radin Mas (SURM) is a full-time Tahfiz Madrasah that offers memorisation of Al-Quran, Islamic Studies, Arabic Language and Academic subjects. SURM’s curriculum allows students to sit for the O-level national examination.

  • Students have the opportunity to continue their education at Pre-University or Diploma (Islamic Studies) levels, both within Singapore and abroad.
