Not only will the child become motivated from the support of the family, they, the parents in particular, will also be able to look into the refreshing lifestyle of a Haafizul Qur’an.

First and foremost, a step that parents of an aspiring Hafiz can take is helping the child create a daily timetable and ensure that they follow it. This will enable the child to spend their time wisely and they will also be able memorise their Qur'an without being distracted with other activities at home, such as doing chores or watching the television. Parents can reward them if they have fulfilled their task or achieved their goals at the end of the day. This will help to further motivate them.

Parents can also help to monitor their child's progress throughout their memorisation journey, so should the child lose motivation or interest at any point, the parents can step in and aid them back onto the right track.
